Answers to common questions before you install.
What do I need to set up?
Choose a plan in Shopify, wait for the initial catalog sync, then add the product or cart blocks you want in your theme editor and save. You do not need to choose products or configure recommendation rules.
Will recommendations appear on a new store?
Product and cart suggestions can use your active, sellable catalog before order history builds up. Complete the set appears only when there is enough evidence of products bought together.
What is included in Free?
Free includes the same recommendation blocks and dashboard as the paid plans, for up to 50 online orders per cycle and 1,000 active products. It has no trial. Above either limit, Free pauses until you choose a sufficient plan or usage falls within the limit.
How do paid plans work?
Standard is $17.99 per 30 days for up to 500 online orders and 10,000 active products. Growth is $39.99 per 30 days for up to 2,500 online orders and 30,000 active products. Both have a 15-day trial. Shopify handles billing.
Does Complete the set apply a discount?
No. It shows a selectable group with the current combined price and adds the selected products to Shopify's native cart. It does not create a discount or a Shopify bundle product.
What does attributed revenue mean?
The dashboard links orders to earlier recommendation activity under documented attribution windows. Attributed revenue does not prove extra sales or incremental revenue.
