Terms of service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
Business service
These terms govern RecoReady, a Shopify recommendation app operated by Jose Maria Perez Bravo under the trade name Devailopment. By installing or using it, you confirm that you act for a business or professional merchant and have authority to bind that merchant.
RecoReady is not offered to consumers for personal or household use.
What the service does
RecoReady synchronises authorised catalogue and order facts to produce product-page, cart and complete-the-set recommendations. It provides observed impression, click, add-to-cart and attribution reporting.
Recommendations and attribution are statistical outputs. They do not guarantee sales, profit, ranking performance or incremental revenue.
Plans, billing and limits
The current plans, prices, trials, order limits and product limits are displayed through Shopify App Pricing and in the app before selection. Shopify's confirmed subscription is the canonical entitlement and Shopify processes charges, taxes, cancellation and payouts.
Usage warnings appear at 80 percent. If a paid cycle exceeds its limit, service continues until that cycle ends. A new cycle may require a sufficient plan when the store remains above its contracted limit. Free usage and public plan availability may be changed prospectively, never by rewriting an already paid cycle.
Merchant responsibilities
You must maintain a valid Shopify store and subscription where required, grant only the permissions needed by the app, use the service lawfully and ensure that your own privacy notices and instructions cover the store data you make available.
You must not probe tenant boundaries, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, submit unlawful data or use recommendations deceptively.
Availability and changes
We use reasonable care to provide a secure and available service, but maintenance, Shopify dependencies, internet failures and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt it. Storefront components are designed to fail safely without blocking the merchant's native storefront or checkout.
We may make compatible changes needed for security, law, Shopify requirements or service improvement. Material adverse changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect when reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service by cancelling through Shopify and uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for non-payment, insufficient entitlement, material breach, abuse or a security risk, using proportionate notice where circumstances permit.
On termination, data is retained or erased according to the Privacy Policy and Shopify's mandatory redaction process. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. RecoReady's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for it during the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot legally be limited or results from fraud or wilful misconduct.
Law, contact and full agreement
Spanish law applies. For B2B disputes, and whenever a mandatory rule does not require another forum, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
Questions or notices may be sent to support@devailopment.com. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the active Shopify subscription and any expressly agreed written terms form the agreement for RecoReady.
